Who is Jeff Gipson?
Jeff Gipson is a technology leader and product builder at Haley Marketing Group, the staffing industry's largest marketing firm. He leads development of RogIQ, an AI-powered marketing platform for businesses ready to grow with AI, and serves on the company's leadership team.
Before joining Haley Marketing Group, Jeff co-founded Recruiters Websites, a web design and digital marketing firm serving hundreds of staffing companies nationwide, which he grew to nearly a million dollars in annual payroll and sold in 2022. He is largely self-taught, has over two decades of experience in the staffing industry, and lives in Jackson, Missouri with his wife and five children.
Jeff started his career as a welder — twelve-hour shifts, six days a week — until a back injury forced a change. That pivot took him through sales, executive recruiting, and eventually to building a web company with his father and cousin, starting with zero technical knowledge and figuring it out from scratch.
He also taught a six-month Ruby on Rails development course at a local co-working space — two nights a week — helping adults with no technical background walk out six months later ready to find jobs as developers. In 2025, he ranked in the top 10% of all Cursor users worldwide.

Jeff moved into sales, then spent about ten years working with his father in an executive search firm specializing in the insurance industry. He learned the business and got good enough — while something else was quietly building in the back of his mind.

Co-Founder, Recruiters Websites
Jeff and his father founded Recruiters Websites — a web design and digital marketing firm for the staffing industry. Jeff had never built a website before in his life. His first hire was his cousin Matt McKenzie, who is still working with him today.
2022
Acquisition by Haley Marketing Group
After growing Recruiters Websites to nearly a million dollars in annual payroll and serving hundreds of staffing companies nationwide, Jeff sold the company to Haley Marketing Group — the largest marketing firm in the staffing industry. He was the one who told the broker exactly who to call.

Jeff sits on the leadership team at Haley Marketing Group and leads product development for RogIQ — an AI-powered marketing platform. His team recently rebuilt a chatbot in fifteen hours that the traditional approach had spent nearly two years failing to deliver.
