Anyway.
A Business Owner's Guide to Leading Through Technology You Don't Fully Understand.

The Book
What it's about
Most business owners didn't get into business to become technologists. But technology is no longer optional — it's the water you're swimming in. This is not a book about learning technology. It's about something harder: leading through technology you don't fully understand — and doing it anyway. Because the difference between business owners who figure it out and the ones who don't isn't technical knowledge. It's the willingness to move before you have all the answers.
The Operating Philosophy
Steadfast. Immovable. Always Abounding.
Core Principle
Steadfast
You don't change course every time the wind shifts. Commit to a direction, do the work, and trust the process — even when the process is painful.
Core Principle
Immovable
Don't let doubt, criticism, or the size of the obstacle knock you off what you've committed to. You can study it, work around it, go through it — but don't let it move you off the work.
Core Principle
Always Abounding
Don't do just enough. Give the work everything you have. Abound in the work — not because someone is watching, but because the work deserves it.
“You don't need a background in technology to lead through it. You need the right mentality — and the courage to start.”
— Jeff Gipson, Build Anyway
